Eggs are definitely delicious and nutritious. You can get them all year round and use them for healthy and
good tasting foods of all kinds. Also they are quite cheap, butstill make a good meal and can be prepared in many different ways:
scrambled eggs, omlette, hard-boiled eggs, eggs sunny side up, coddled eggs, fried eggs...
