    Personally I really love fish and seafood. I can’t get enough of it!
    This is good because fish and seafood is actually pretty healthy and low in fat and calories which makes it the perfect food when it comes to dieting.

  4. When people were thinking about dieting celebrities Renee Zellweger never came to mind until the year when she was staring in the famous Bridget Jones movie for the first time in 2001. In 2004 she then also stared in the sequel of the movie. For her role as the chubby single columnist she had to gain quite a bit of weight and Hollywood was in shock at how quickly she was able to put on those pounds and shed them again.

    Just this week it became known that the singer Fergie has her own little diet secret - vinegar. She says she does vinegar shots of two tablespoons as the vinegar flushes out fat of the colon and simply supports the body in digesting food. Furthermore, she feels no ravenous appetite anymore after taking the vinegar. It seems that the the vinegar diet is the next fad diet becoming popular.
