
I simply love this vegetable. Not only that it tastes really good, it is low in calories, high in vitamines and can be enjoyed in different delicious variations.

�My husband and I love good eats. We enjoyed trying out new restaurants. We putter in the kitchen together. When something great happens, we celebrate by making elaborate dinners.
He wasn�t very happy about switching to what he calls my �cow food��
salads, cereals.
And I didn�t feel like making two separate meals, to keep him happy while sticking to my diet. Despite everything I�d give up because it was simpler to just cook something he enjoyed.
