Haven’t been on here all to often lately and I really want to apologize for that, but I have had lots of stress lately which kept me from coming to my beloved diet blog.

Personally I really love fish and seafood. I can’t get enough of it!
This is good because fish and seafood is actually pretty healthy and low in fat and calories which makes it the perfect food when it comes to dieting.
In their famous song the Beatles sing: “Oh I get by with a little help from my friends,….Mm going to try with a little help from my friends.” Apart from being a really good song these lyrics also have some truth in them concerning dieting: if you really want to lose weight and stick to your diet plans you better get some support from your friends and family.

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When we were little our mothers insisted that we have at least something before going to school and by now most of us have experienced that a good and healthy breakfast is really important for having a good start into the day.


Eggs are definitely delicious and nutritious. You can get them all year round and use them for healthy and good tasting foods of all kinds.
Also they are quite cheap, butstill make a good meal and can be prepared in many different ways:
scrambled eggs, omlette, hard-boiled eggs, eggs sunny side up, coddled eggs, fried eggs…
