 <title>Doctor’s orders!</title>

 <description>I’m a medical resident. I work long shifts, skip meals,  then eat when I can as fast as I can. I used to carry chocolate bars in my pocket because they were filling and the sugar rush would wake me up. Yeah, I know, doctors don’t lead very healthy lives.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;	But I was getting really big and feeling really heavy and sluggish. I needed to lose weight, and not by starving my already exhausted body. The easiest solution was finding low-fat convenience food. Energy bars, muesli with milk, carrot sticks. It’s easier than most people think, a lot of this is in the supermarkets already. </description>
