Pamela Anderson has been called a sex symbol ever since she showed off her slim figure in that red bathing suite in the Baywatch series.
She is definitely not one of Hollywood's meager celebrities, but has a beautiful curvy body that all of us women would like to have.
So what's Pamela's diet secret? How does she manage to stay in shape?
First and foremost Pamela has been a vegetarian since her teens completely abstaining from meat, but also from fish and seafood. For her becoming a vegetarian was not about eating healthily , but she simply didn't want animals to suffer. Since her advertising campaigns for PETA everyone knows, that she is completely into veggies.
However, being a vegetarian doesn't automatically make you slim - a wrong belief commonly held by society. They also have to watch their weight.
In order to control her cravings Pamela says that she chews sugar free gum while cooking in order to prevent her from trying the food too often.
Another thing that keeps her in shape she says is her kids. Pamela spends as much time as she can with her little boys and is a very outdoorsy person. She says that she tries to practice as many sports as possible with her sons, from basketball to swimming. Actually this is a thing that many mothers can really take advantage of. Go outside with your kids, do some sports and you will be able to see how the pounds start declining! Especially for women who don't like gym too much (Pamela Anderson is reportedly one of them) this is the perfect way for doing some physical activities that they will enjoy.
Apart from that Pamela claims that she has never been on a real diet program, however, this is hardly believable when you look at her trim body. Especially in the earlier days I am sure that she also tried out one or the other diet program. It was reported that she was on a organic diet once paired with a herbal and vitamine regime and another source claimed that she was even taking diet pills.
I am not sure whether this is true but after reading through countless interviews with Pamela Anderson it seems that she is really comfortable with her body and takes a very healthy approach to losing weight or staying in shape.
