Delilah's Diet Secrets

Many of us have tried out most of the diets available on this planet with less or more success. I have already done a big post listing different types of diets. There you can inform yourself about how these different diet programs look like.

However, I have now thought to make a new long post about my "diet secrects", so basically giving away tips that might be useful for your diet apart from choosing the right diet program.
When you try out many different diets you certainly undergo a learning process. Dieting is not only about eating the right food at the right times, but also about mental strenght, motivation and will. This is what you will need if you really want to stick to a diet long time.
