
I simply love this vegetable. Not only that it tastes really good, it is low in calories, high in vitamines and can be enjoyed in different delicious variations.
Even celery seeds can be used – as flavouring. Ever heard of celery salt? This is simply celery seeds or extracts from the celery root mixed with salts. I have baught one lately and I must say it really tastes good.
Medicine also recognizes celery as relieving pain and helping against inflammation. Seems like the perfect vegetable, doesn’t it?
Well there is ONE problem with celery, which is that some people believe that it is difficult to digest. Personally speaking I have never had digestion problems from celery that I was aware of, so I will keep on eating it.
Another benefit of celery: it is available all year round, so you can cook delicious celery dishes every month.

I have a weight loss secret also, It is the smart for life cookie program. I have been on the diet now for about 3 months now and i have lost a total of 32lbs. its incredible! All you have to do is eat 6 cookies a day, drink 8 oz. of water with each cookie, and then you have your first real meal of the day which is your dinner meal and its basically a substantial amount of protein and 2 vegetables.
