apple cider vinegar diet

Just this week it became known that the singer Fergie has her own little diet secret – vinegar. She says she does vinegar shots of two tablespoons as the vinegar flushes out fat of the colon and simply supports the body in digesting food. Furthermore, she feels no ravenous appetite anymore after taking the vinegar. It seems that the the vinegar diet is the next fad diet becoming popular.

Fergie certainly has a great, fit body that we all would love to have. But should we start a vinegar diet for achieving this?

First of all it is important which vinegar you use. The best suited for dieting is raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar as all others will also remove minerals and nutrients from your body. Taking in two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar every day will then even add minerals and nutrients to your body and will make you feel better.

Taking in vinegar reportedly has effects on many different diseases as it increases the alkalinity of your body and therefore makes you more healthy overall. The health effects of vinegar have been known for a very long time and even the ancient Greeks drank vinegar for health reasons.
A nice additional effect of the vinegar diet is that it decreases appetite, however, you shouldn’t follow the diet for a too long time as your body will get ammuned to it after some time.
For those of you who simply can’t stand the taste of vinegar in their mouths there are also apple cider vinegar tablets that are available at very cheap prices.
There is no scientific report yet that proves the weight loss effects of the vinegar diet, but on the internet you will find reports of many people for whom the diet work.
