My name is Delilah and I am the author of this little diet blog, which I write for two purposes.
Firstly, to share the information that I have gathered about dieting over the years with all of you people who are interested in dieting out there and secondly, to keep myself motivated.
I have been that kind of person who has always had those few pounds too much. Therefore I have tried almost every diet program or diet tip that I’ve got hold of, but I have learned that dieting is first and foremost a battle against yourself. You will only be able to achieve your weight loss goals if you get support and feedback from family, friends and fellow dieters. I really hope that you will find the diet information you need here on my blog. I try to collect information on the classic diets like Atkins or Weight Watchers, but also to stay up-to-date on diet news. In this blog I want to emphasize natural and long term weight loss. I have tried many of those crash diets, that tell you that you have to starve yourself to lose weight. This is simply not true!
Being a mother and a full-time secretary I know how hard it is to watch your weight when you are under constant time pressure. After so many years of dieting I can tell you one thing: Dieting is hard work!
