Dear fellow dieters,
I am really sorry that I haven't published anything on this blog for so long, but I had some problems in my personal life that I had to sort out first.
I promise that I will try my best now to finally bring this blog to life. In the past week I have gathered lots of information on diets and diet tips that I will post on this blog pretty soon.
However, I would also be happy about contributions of everyone of you out there. So if you have made experiences with diets (positive or negative) just leave me a comment or write me an email and I will publish your story on my page.
In the past I have experienced how important it is to have someone who supports your dieting activities and it is always good to hear stories of people who have succeeded or failed with their plans to lose some weight.
I am looking forward to receiving a lot of input from you in the future and hope that I will be able to help some people (including myself) to get a perfect body with the help of this blog.
